The patch that is supposed to be bringing mods to the PS4 version of Fallout 4 is already finished, and is going through the certification process.
Betheseda, the company behind Fallout 4, has already experienced the use of mods on the PS4 with the new Skyrim: Special Edition for the console. Although the mods on the PS4 version have been not so great as the Xbox One, hopefully Betheseda get it right this time.
